Document how to disable CTRL+click

Summary

This section should indicate clearly how to disable the CTRL+click functionality, similar to how the next section clearly indicates how to turn off the "Remove Trailing Whitespace" option.

Motivation

Way too often this gets activated by accident and I wind up typing in multiple places without knowing it, usually introducing syntax errors or other bugs. I am probably not the only one and having clear documentation about how to disable this in the section that describes it seems appropriate.
