Spell check incorrectly highlights the language declaration of a ``` codeblock

For example

```js <- highlighted as an error

[TheElementalOfDestruction]

Not sure if this should be part of this issue or a separate one, but I frequently end up having the spell check continue past the triple tick code block and so variable and type names are frequently highlighted as well.
