createPasswordChangeTicket doesn't support 'ttl_sec' parameter

" Create a password change ticket" in your library doesn't support/accept ttl_sec option.

Describe the ideal solution

Class src/API/Management/Tickets.php, methods createPasswordChangeTicket() and createPasswordChangeTicketRaw() needs new paraemeter ttl_sec
