Which version of ROS 2 does autoware support presently? Where might one begin to transition this project to ROS 2 Jazzy?

Hello autoware users.
I am new to this software stack after being introduced to it by a friend of mine from Nagoya University. I was wondering what current version of ROS 2 is autoware on? If it is still on Humble, where should one begin to migrate the system to ROS 2 Jazzy?

The current Autoware supports ROS 2 Humble. For the ROS 2 Jazzy, you can see some progress here
