Also remove autoVerifiedAttributes from auth immutable attribute list as it is mutable: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/aws-resource-cognito-userpool.html#cfn-cognito-userpool-autoverifiedattributes
