Description

Currently, AWS::CUR::ReportDefinition is only available in US-EAST-1. In some use case scenarios, the use of US-EAST-1 region is not possible.

Can be possible to enable it in all regions?

Use case: create S3 bucket on another region, and set up CUR in the same template. Being able to define CUR resource in other region would avoid splitting the template to two stacks.

Further, current error "Unrecognized resource types" is misleading error in case resource is supported in specific regions only.
