Restructure the PRs and Patches, which includes:

  • Build scripts depends on pulling PRs that have not been merged. Fork relevant repositories and commit changes, this will allow all required branches to be pulled via .rosinstall.
  • rpi patches in `./build_scripts/patches are containing both RPi specifics as well as generic improvements and ROS2 Humble compatibility. This needs to be adjusted, and generic improvements should be merged in (see above). Only rpi specifics to remain as patch for now.
