FluentBit default values for common data

• It would be great to have a set of default transforms for FluentBIt addon that will add data that is commonly used such as:
  • Account ID
  • Cluster name
  • Namespace
  • Pod labels

• Relates to [Blueprint] - Multi-cluster monitoring, logging using AMP, AMG, Opensearch terraform-aws-eks-blueprints#823 - when performing central log aggregation, this commonly used data is necessary to be able to segregate out where the logs are coming from for analysis
