Multi-Region/AZ Support released

I just released a major new version that adds support for multiple regions and AZs. The setup and configuration for multiple AZs in the same region is straightforward and similar to existing deployments. The multi-region deployment is more complicated because of the need to create network connections between different VPCs, storage, and DNS considerations.

The main impact to existing deployments should be small. You may have to delete the existing Route53 DNS entries during the first update. Other than that, the main visible change will be the names of the compute nodes which now include the region and AZ names.
