Introduction

In the retail industry, understanding the Voice of the Customer (VOC) is crucial for insights into customer preferences and pain points. By analyzing and categorizing customer feedback, retailers can improve their products, services, and overall customer experience. This two-hour hands-on workshop will guide you through four labs focused on classifying VOC using Amazon Foundation Models on Amazon Bedrock. These will cover prompt engineer, use of embedding models and semantic classification, use of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for VOC Classification, and fine-tuning of a large language model (LLM) using a custom dataset to achieve precise VOC classification tailored to your business needs.

Prerequisites

  • 60-90 minutes of experiment time
  • Basic experience with Python and Jupyter Notebooks
