Is there a way to config Pipeline to source from ECR repository

Is there a way to config Pipeline to source from ECR repository rather than selecting one of GitHub, Bitbucket, CodeCommit since my repo is in Gitlab. What are my options to create a copilot pipeline?

It would be ideal if something like below is possible.

source:

  provider: ECR

Hi, I've the same problem.
I've found these two "workarounds":

• https://github.com/fabfuel/ecs-deploy, where you need to know Cluster and Service name
• use AWS CLI cloudformation update-stack, where you just need the Stack name. In the parameters section just set the new image name
