Deployment doesn't roll to existing stage (bug or feature?) #65

If I am using an API event and then add more events to that API, the existing stage stays as it was when the function was first rolled out.

One of my developers pointed out that they were deploying new features but the API wouldn't update. I had to manually push the latest to the prod stage. Is this expected behavior?

This is a bug. See #53. Fix is coming soon
