problems with Amplify add video command

Hello how are you, I have tried to carry out this lab from the lab's AWS page: https://aws.amazon.com/es/blogs/media/creating-a-secure-video-on-demand-vod- platform-using-aws/ and also from your instructions here in GIT, but I've been trying to do it for days and both have errors, in the implementation of the official AWS page I'm almost finished, I upload the cloudformation template with all the data that I compile from amplify push but I always get the following error:

In the case of your lab here in GIT, the amplify add video command does not accept me, I have tried to do everything too, I am not very expert in development, that is why these issues are very difficult for me, but demo to have this demo ready for my client this Thursday, I would really appreciate your help.
