Describe the feature

Run continuous integration & integration tests on the Apple Vision Pro simulator for oldest & newest supported versions, like we already do for iOS & tvOS.

Use Case

To help detect visionOS compatibility problems early, and also get us more reps of tests that may fail spuriously.
