Description of changes: Adds additional protocol tests of correct timestamp de/serialization of members which target shapes which have the
timestampFormattrait applied. The need for these additional tests was discovered when a bug identified incorrect de/serialization behavior in the Kotlin SDK.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
