What we have accomplished

• Solidity contract of gasless mechanism feat: gasless feature #960. The pull request is in review, and we are open to your comments!
• Cell emitter, except the RPC communication with the IBC relayer. The code is in this repo and here is the design.

What we are doing

• Two custom precompile contracts:

  1. To get a CKB cell by outpoint
  2. To verify CKB cells through a mock transaction

  These contracts are used to read and verify cells in CKB. Here is the specific design ideas How to visit CKB cells in Axon #896

• The logic of the transaction pool affected by the gasless fee.
