[Not an issue] Latest ViaProxy version no longer includes OpenAuthMod authentication

This isn't an issue, but rather a heads up that the latest ViaProxy version (3.3.6) no longer supports OpenAuthMod authentication. I decided to remove OpenAuthMod authentication because the client mod is unmaintained and barely anyone used it. Because I knew about this project (and I am pretty sure if I outright removed OpenAuthMod someone would complain) I moved the code for the OpenAuthMod authentication into a ViaProxy plugin (https://github.com/ViaVersionAddons/ViaProxyOpenAuthMod/releases/tag/v1.0.0). If you update ViaProxy, you now have to download the ViaProxy plugin as well and put it into the correct folder (The plugins folder). Then everything should work as expected.
