Are you able to reproduce this everytime? Happened once?

If you are able to reproduce this everytime, even if you're not aware how to reproduce it, only happens with that pet? (not refering to that pet being mentioned in the log itself).

What talents and/or spells did you have for the hunter?

Did you unlock any spells via commands for the pet?

Any recent changes to your code or a new module?

Where you inside of any instance? In a group? Battleground?

Was the pet doing anything at the time?
