By default, no two separate tests should have the same snapshot. But sometimes we need it. Add an option to allow it per snapshot

Example: cypress-io/cypress@08127df?file-filters%5B%5D=.coffee&file-filters%5B%5D=.js&file-filters%5B%5D=.patch
