New Feature:
At launcher startup, after config validation, gather + send any existing crash reports to a location on the server.

-<YY.MM.DD.mm.HH.ss>.log and when sending. Rename the original .sent.log so we don't break atavism locally

If present it will happen automatically. There will be a checkbox in settings for them to opt-out.

Windows Client log location for unity builds: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\CompanyName\ProductName\Player.log
