dragable when the is less or same number of slide than number of slide to show #208

Describe the bug
You can drag the slides when you have 3 slides in the hooper, and 3 itemsToShow in the settings.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

make a 3 slider hooper
set setting to 3 itemsToShow and infiniteScroll to false
try to drag slide and it will drag.

Expected behavior
It should do nothing. the slide should be deactivated, since there is no hidden slide to show.
