Hooper global initialization as Nuxt plugin

Is it possible to initialize Hooper (Slider, Pagination, Navigation) as a plugin in a Nuxt 2 application?
Like that:

import Vue from "vue";
import {
  Hooper,
  Slide,
  Pagination as HooperPagination,

Vue.use(Hooper, {
