Hi there,

I think this is related to some of the other outstanding reported bugs, but certain calls (anything to do with collections) is causing an "Unknown error from pronote: 3 | Accès refusé" error. Below some code, with comments on calls that are successful and those that cause the above error:

Hi, could you check for me if the "Compte" page is accessible on your PRONOTE?

This is what pronotepy uses to get the INE.

I'm a parent so "compte" doesn't have INE but " Compte enfant", yes !

All test have show if you request some unavailable informations, you receive for answer "3 | Accès refusé"

For my child case, a have the same answer for INE number, mobile phone or email.
And the real issue is if i try to get lessons, i'm disconnecting.

Right, OK. This is an issue with the parent client. ParentClient.info.ine_number is not working because it is "signing" the request with your children's ID, not the ID of your account directly. We should probably also fix it for the ClientInfo that is returned by ParentClient.children, which also doesn't work.
