• Use DOM elements for all remaining MBS screens, wrapping up the DOM-ification
• Remove a few redundant functions and replace the with lodash equivalents
• Reduce the tooltip overlap in the wheel preset screen and improve the tooltip standardization

• Add safeguards for loading MBS while the preference- or wheel screen is open
• Increment the MBS API to version 1.3:
  • Add the new mbs.css namespace, which contains functions modifying MBS's style sheets.
  • For example:
