New entry point type - Scheduled

One of the functionalities to be implemented in the projects is related to the execution of scheduled tasks, for example, updating records in databases, deleting files, etc.

For this type of case, it is valuable to have the possibility of generating a scheduled entry point.

We need a new entry point option called "scheduled" to generate the necessary resources to have this functionality.
