Parenthesis "(", ")" are being excluded from links

There are some links with parenthesis, for example:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Big_Bang_Theory_(season_9)

And the script does not recognize the parenthesis as being part of the link. It only creates the link all the way up to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Big_Bang_Theory_ and then ignores the rest of the string.
