Include PHP extension xmlwriter

1. PHP extension xmlwriter is required if Amazon S3 is chosen as remote storage for the WordPress UpdraftPlus plugin. 
2. Remove spurious comment regarding the db admin password, which is not used in this script.
3. Tidy up script indents
