Integration entries/switches are not working (how to start them automatically at dusk/dawn?)

I am a new user and kindly request some guidance

I created a couple of entries for separate rooms:

Each of these is mapped to a light group:

When I look at the history I see it is always set to ON but nothing is happening with the bulbs in the light group, neither when turned on or off.

I experimented with setting a fixed sunrise_time but that made no difference
