This script needs python3 and PIL.
Usage:
./fromsplash.py # splash -> splash.png
./tosplash.py # splash.png -> splash
./fromsplash.py {anyname}.img # {anyname}.img -> {anyname}.png
./tosplash.py {anyname}.png # {anyname}.png -> {anyname}.img
