I don't see any progress in the repository, which is a pity, because VSCode is currently the most popular code editor. Are there any plans to implement more features like those currently available on the IntelliJ platform?

Hi,

The previous maintainers could no longer work on this project. @coeuvre and me have stepped in to maintain this for now and I merged all outstanding PRs where it was easily possible and have added comments on the remaining three. I personally am not very knowledgeable about TypeScript though, so I can't do much in terms of new development.

We're actively looking for help from interested folks in the community - if someone would like to help us maintain this, please let us know!

I hope that the Bazel team but specially the Google Cloud Vscode extension team could better evaluate the strategic value of supporting the integration of Bazel in one of the most popular IDE like Vscode with enough allocated resources (and Theia Open VSX flavour that is at the base of the Google cloud IDE).

I think that this could be community contributed but I have some doubt that this could be community lead.
