Working without problem since 1 week:

RS820+
DSM version 6.2.3-25426 Update 3
Club 3D CAC-1420, right port (rear)
r8152-denverton-2.14.0-2.spk

Cannot be used as is in VMM. This workaround works for VMM ( bb-qq/aqc111#18 (comment) ):
Uninstall VMM, disable open vSwitch, enable openvSwitch, reinstall VMM.
