Some problems with selection #18

Steps to reproduce:

Open some file which is big enough to show scroll bars.
Start selection of text and move cursor below bottom of the window to select and scroll at the same time.

Result: selected text during scrolling is not correct

BB version: 2.0-a1
Build number: 116
OS: Windows 10
