I would guess not since the author declared that he is no longer maintaining the project. You can still view the docs if you have Mountebank running by going to http://localhost:2525 (or whatever domain/port you host it on).

I've forked the project here: https://github.com/mattherman/mountebank. My plan is just to keep up with patching dependencies rather than new development. I'm hoping to get the docs up on Github Pages or something so they're available again.
