Describe the Bug
Inspections records in the EMLI integration are not being processed due to a recent data migration of inspection categories in NRIS-EMLI. These changes were originally part of ticket #1125 but these changes are needed critically for records to continued to be imported and published by the business and that ticket is blocked due to additional requirements.

Expected Behaviour
All inspections records from EMLI successfully imported.

Actual Behaviour
The integration runs but no records are imported.

Implications
Users are unable to view new inspection records.
