Disable the "Start the process" button when user returns to the wallet after creating their Person credential

Description of problem

Sometimes, if people are quick enough, they can tap the "Start the process" button when returning to the BC Wallet after creating their Person credential in the in-app web. This restarts the process of getting their Person credential.

Expected behavior

• The button should not be active

Steps to reproduce

• Try the person credential flow
• After authenticating from the BCSC app, accepting the T&Cs and creating the person credential the app returns to the BC Wallet Person credential screen
• Tap again the "Start the process button"

Note: difficult to reproduce consistently as it depends on how quick the credential offer loads.
