Schema - AGM Extension (part II)

An initial AGM Extension schema was implemeneted in #17928 to unblock other work and because the exact data to be filed is still under discussion/design.

This ticket is to complete that schema with the remaining AGM extension filing data.

Here are the data elements (from BA's perspective -- may need to fine-tune) for the AGM Extension filing. Depending on what Thor says about an initial schema (this ticket) and an update (future ticket), we may combine the tickets. I don't know yet.

i. AGM Year – Numeric, 4 digits, the year for which an AGM Extension is requested.

ii. Is this the first AGM – Boolean. For the first AGM companies have 18 months to either file an AGM or request an extension.

iii. Previous AGM date or reference date - Date. For subsequent AGM’s this is the point of reference from which companies have 15 months to either file an AGM or request an extension. If the company decided unanimously to not hold an AGM for that specific year, then they would provide us with a reference date, instead of an AGM date.

iv. Has an extension been requested for this AGM year – Boolean

v. Date of expiration for current extension – Date.

vi. Intended date the AGM will be held on – Date

vii. Total duration of extension approved – Numeric, in months, maximum value of 12. Calculated field.

viii. Expiration date for approved extension – Date. Calculated field.
