Add Debtor Trade Name to PPR registration

This request originated in an OPS email from a client. The issue with their registration was resolved but they suggested this change to accommodate the DBA name:

Somewhat predictably, the quotes around the debtor tradename (dba) were at fault and prevented processing.

I did add the tradename info. to the collateral field, as a work-around though not part of collateral.

Having a separate free text field would be a good idea, especially for enforcement when the creditor seeks judgment on debt. Perhaps something to add to the future changes suggestion box for programmers? Similar approaches exist in the LTSA real property system and are useful for users including examiners for context.

Note: Reviewed client email which suggested this enhancement similar to functionality in the LTSA real property system. The client was trying to include a DBA name in a corporate debtor name.

E.g. 1234567 B.C. Ltd DBA "DBA Name".

The client was advised the current and previous PPR systems allow entry of the legal name only. He could note a dba name in the general collateral section, but did not have the ability to input DBA name in the debtor section. The request was for a separate box for information like DBA name for a debtor.

Consultation with policy would be required prior to any work on this change
