COOP CORRECTION for CSR (Changes to CSR Correction Form)

GIVEN that a filing has been made in the past
WHEN a CORRECTION is selected on the ledger for this filing for Memo and/or Rules
THEN the system pulls a blank CSR online form for the staff to populate from the filing made in the past
AND add a check box that would say this correction does require a Special Resolution
AND the section will collapse

Afaik we no longer correct a filing, but rather file a correction on the ledger.
