QA: Test automation - Part 1: Register BO (Enter all inputs)

Build test automation for Register BO (UI) - regression testing i.e previous sprint or release functionalities.

Approach is manual testing for current sprint ticket(s) and build automation for N-1 sprint items/regression.

Currently exploring the testing automation repo https://github.com/bcgov/bcrs-testing and integate/ add Register BO automation into that.

Create a test automation flow for Register BO- Add an individual flow and its validations

1. Log on
2. Go to Register BO
3. Click Add an individuals
4. Enter all inputs
