• modify existing registration list drop down to support segmented organized sub lists of registration and transfer types
• Build in templated tooltip with configuration for each transfer/registration type
• Implement new codes for new types
• Include new codes as part of the registration filtering request
• Same list for all user types

An optional sub-type that only applies to a TRANS (transfer due to sale or gift) registration. It should only be included when the registration type is TRANS.

GENT (Transfer Due to General Transmission)

@dimak1 Just one thing..When you close the menu it should reset to collapsed panels (like it does in PPR). Other than that it's all good!
