For staff and qualified suppliers:

1. All Transfer Types: Add Help with Transfer or Change of Ownership expanding button + help text (all transfers
2. DEAT Transfer Type: Update Tool tip text that appears For Owner Name and Additional Name Information when changing the details of a Surviving Joint Tenant Person/Business owner - Note: Cleanup of the change details view for existing owners
3. Update Staff Registration Help with Owners text

Hey @dimak1 Just a couple small things noted below:)

• The titles marked below should be same grey as the paragraph text: 495057 (for both transfer help text and registration help text)
• Add a 15px space above the main title for both registrations and transfer help text.

Hey @dimak1 , everything looks good except the Transfer type text wording for both Staff and QS, 'Help with Ownership Transfer or Change' link displays 'Hide Help with Ownership Transfer or Change' before user clicks on the link.
