Current fam_role roles for "SILVA" application are not prefix with "SILVA_" and not UPPER case for the name, but all other roles for other applications are prefix with application short name. They should be consistent with prefix.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Check with Team Silva re: SILVA prefix ok?
  • Migration script to fix SILVA roles with prefix.
  • Check and fix tests if needed.
