We started to use TxReceipt as a return for our transact function that results in adding # typing: ignore in most of the places.

  • Decide on a method to use TxReceipt without any typing ignore

Currently i cant work on creating custom pylint plugin on mac and submitted this issue for them: pylint-dev/pylint#8825
