Hi all,
I encountered another problem with the generation of XML containing HPMs.
When you generate multiple XML files (with different parameters) from the same Beauti instance, old HPM are carried over.
To be clear:
I linked the *.rates in the prior window into a hierarchical model.
Generate the XML file
Changed in the "Site" tab the "Partition into codon positions" into 2 partitions (Codon 1+2 and 3)
Linked the new CP1+2.rates into one HPM and CP3.rates into another.
Generate the new XML file
Upon checking, the second XML file still contains the HPM with the unpartioned condon.
A new BEAUti tab were you can check all models that will be generated would be nice to have a better overview over the XML (or possible mistakes in the generation of such).
