My TV even on "low" brightness is very bright, and blindingly bright in HDR - Is there a way to change the highlight AND text colors globally?

Blinding white is making me squint, both with and without HDR mode enabled...a more deafened white or some kind of muted white/grey or black with white shadow or something would be wonderful!

I can attempt to take pictures sometime, but it's just blinding, but the skin is too beautiful otherwise.

...or just adjust the actual text brightness level perhaps? I don't mind using the preset color palettes, it's just the color white is a big problem for my eyes.

Settings - interface - colours and choose darkest. In case you don't like white background.
