The program on its own doesn't download it, you have to start minecraft and add a server 127.0.0.1 or localhost, then join that and walk around to load the chunks you want in the world since the server only sends chunks in a radius of your position |

I was just wondering how long it takes to download a world because i had mine on and it wouldnt do anything.
