Steps to reproduce

to reproduce - just import the same file twice.
(of course it is for test only, no one wants to import twice the same :)

What do you expect to happen?

the msg should be movable or it should disappear after some times or it should be possible to close it

What happens instead?

the message cover information about accounts.
it is impossible to see what item is duplicated.
