the plugin ftintitle is mentioned in my config, but after mbsync the featuring is back in the artist fields.
for me it would be applicable, if a mbsync follows the tagging behavior of a reimport.

It's true that the two plugins don't integrate get. You can run the beet ftintitle command manually for now.

Sounds like this could be solved by ftintitle catching our new events albuminfo_received and trackinfo_received (discussed in #872)…
