plugin fetchart fetches cover twice

When I have a release tagged but then there were changes for that release on Musicbrainz and I re-tag the release a new coverart file gets created with a number as suffix. This can be helpful if the coverart has changed but should it not just simply replace the old one?

Thanks for reporting this. This is the same underlying issue as #314—on re-import, the fetchart plugin should ensure that only one file is kept.
