Design

• style: I'd like for the logo to be "iconic" and minimalist in style.
• color: The logo does not need to be monochromatic, but it must contain an "organic" green somewhere in the logo.

Special notes

Our logos will most commonly be displayed in the following locations:

• dropdown menus on GitHub
• as profile pictures
• project readmes
• blogs and social media

Guidelines

Please follow these guidelines to ensure the logo displays and scales well in those locations:

• no mascots or words, but single letters are okay
• the logo must display well on black, white and light gray backgrounds

Sorry for bringing this issue from the dead!
I saw this issue a while back and designed few logos but never managed to post them here.

I really like the set of logos you have made for all the projects. They are following a theme in terms of the shape and patterns. Except for begin. Hope you understood what I mean.

So, here is what I have designed for base to maintain the same theme across other repos.

I finally settled on 3. Would like to hear your comments 😄

Yes, absolutely. good observation! We had considered making begin a part of toolkit but ultimately decided to keep it separate (we haven't even really "launched" toolkit yet, but that will happen soon!). For this reason, we decided to go with a different look.
